Dolní Podluží

Village in the valley of river Lužnička, south-est of Varnsdorf. First mentioned in 14th century. In the beginning of 20th century the village was the centre of "bosácké" movement, which associted the inhabitants for protection of state frontier against smuggling of cheap yarn. In the village there is several rebuilt church of St. Catherine of 1548. You can see there also the examples of folk architecture of Lusatian style from 18th and 19th century.
